About this game

The House: Action-horror — is a really scary first-person horror game with great music that creates a terrible and creepy atmosphere.

Don't stand still, move all the time! Even if you see a terrible monster, you can always try to escape from inevitable death! Everything depends on you!

Make just the right decisions in order to survive, because any wrong decision can lead to death.

Brief background.

Everything that happens here can't be logically explained. Brave guys and just curious ones, who dared to check those terrible rumours about this abandoned and God forbidden place, disappeared without any traces. What happened to them? Nobody has ever seen them again...

Is this game supposed to be for VR? The controls were horrible. Too dark to even see anything. I tried turning the brightness up on my screen but still couldn't make thing out. I couldn't read the menus to even get started because they looked to be off in the distance and blury. The introduction was very difficult to read. English is obviously not the authors first language. I'm glad I got this game for free because it's not worth paying for. Not sure how anyone could save this failure.

The movement controls are a hot mess in a dumpster fire. 🔥 No amount of experimentation enabled me to pan, let alone move, in a consistent and controllable manner. ETA: Looks like they've improved the controls from when I first reviewed this game. The controls work now, although I'd prefer to see the joystick marked out all the time on screen rather than just when it's in use.

The game concept is good. I was actually on edge playing the game but unfortunately the game was lacking a lot. The camera sensitivity was too high and the flashlight got way too bright in closed up spaces making it impossible to see. Another thing that needs improvement is item interaction. It's really annoying to have to put the dot exactly on an item to use it. If these improvements are made it could be a potential five star.
