I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade from the Pixel Pro's default Camera App. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. The zoom feature doesn't switch cameras properly, leading to grainy and low-quality images. I had expected it to at least match the native app's quality. The lack of a proper demo trial should have been a red flag.

Hello, in the latest version of ProShot, you can now customize the lens behavior. This option allows you to disable automatic lens switching, so only the desired lens remains active :) We do offer a full demo as well, which is available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riseupgames.proshotevaluator

Amazing cine camera. Simply the best designed mobile cinema camera app available. The interface and UX design is the best of any camera app I've used. It's way easier and nicer to use than Filmic Pro and thank goodness there's no subscription. I'm using the HQ+ 150+Mbps bitrate, NR off, log profile, 4.2K@24p. Dramatically improved the quality of video shots from my phone (Pixel 6a). Could it be better? Yes: It's missing zebra stripes, waveform, and custom aspect ratios (2.39:1 please!).

I think this is an excellent app with great potential! With my limited time of use so far, on Pixel 7 pro, I noticed that the image was not saved correctly. It seems like the saved image is in preview quality, but the file size is large (normal). When you zoom in, no details. There must be something wrong with saving. Updates: the issue mentioned earlier I believe was due to the app used the ultra wide camera for other focal lengths by using digital zoom (without actually switching the camera)

Hello, For RAW photos, ProShot only displays them in the camera roll as low res thumbnails because decoding RAW files takes a lot of time. If you are having issues with image capture however, please send me an email, I'd be glad to take a look! support@riseupgames.com
